Define the operating environment
Tell us which Windows or macOS versions your team uses, what equipment is connected, and whether installations are managed centrally. Hardware drivers, existing software and user permissions can determine which integrations are possible.
Local data and connected systems
Some applications need local storage; others synchronise with a central service. We discuss data ownership, backup responsibilities, network interruptions and access controls during scoping. Offline functionality needs a specific plan for what happens when connectivity returns.
Installation, testing and updates
